Groups lie at the heart of Crozier Chorale™.
You can create an unlimited number of groups and assign pupils to as many groups as you need. A group may represent, for example, an orchestra, an ensemble or an excursion. Within each group pupils can be assigned to roles or sub-groups such as Violin 1 or Tenor. Pupils may be assigned to a group either individually or as a block. One or more members of staff can be assigned responsibilities for the group. Once the group has been created it is child's play to locate the pupil records, create a list with fields of your choice, schedule a rehearsal, export the data to a spreadsheet, email a rehearsal schedule, print a register or create a personalised letter to parents or pupils. Once a group event is scheduled the event appears automatically on the personal schedule of each pupil or member of staff involved. These features integrate fully with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
