Crozier Chorale™ contains a powerful tool called Report Builder which allows you to define your own printed output in addition to the built-in reports provided. You can select fields from a comprehensive list relating to pupils or staff, select grouping and sorting levels, and adjust alignment and field width. You can also easily modify the order of fields and select landscape or portrait layout. In many cases one report design can serve as a template for several different reports, since, when you actually use the report, you can use the Selector tool to choose the relevant pupils or teachers and select the title for the report. The report can easily be exported to html or rtf format for display on your intranet.
